From ADAM - Academic Data Management for Schools

If the ADAM administrator has enabled parent logins, parents will be able to authenticate to ADAM using their ID numbers and cellphone numbers.

These must match the details that are stored on the system. If the details have not been captured, or are incorrect, parents will not be able to log in until such time as the discrepancies are sorted out.

Both the cell number and the ID number should be entered without spaces.
