From ADAM - Academic Data Management for Schools

ADAM has made use of SMSWeb's sms offering and the messaging centre integrates directly into their gateway.

Cost

Each number costs a fixed amount and may be sent an unlimited number of SMS messages during the year.

ADAM includes the ability to enable or disable each number in its database for SMS sending. The cost then, is easily passed on to the parents, should they wish to pay for this service.

Integration of other services

Although we have not yet implemented gateways for other SMS services, doing so depends on the interface provided by that service.
